Ifat (pronounced E-Phat) is a RYT 500, RPYT, doula and a Mother of three. Ifat’s three birth experiences were quite different from each other. She experienced a hospital, birth center, and a home birth. It was her own birth journeys that sparked the passion for her to support other women and their partners during pregnancy, birth and beyond.
During her pregnancies Ifat took prenatal yoga and LOVED it. She decided to get her certification to teach hatha yoga and then specialized in prenatal yoga.
Ifat offers guidance and support physically, emotionally and spiritually. She enjoys working with couples facing their fears, explores how to view pain from different angles and empowers women to strengthen confidence in themselves. Her goal is for women to feel good in their journey through pregnancy, labor, birth and motherhood.
She found yoga to be a wonderful tool for a happier, healthier life and wants to share the passion with everyone around her.
RoseAnn, a certified E-RYT 500, RPYT & RCYT was first exposed to yoga at the tender age of 14. Her journey has lead her to many different styles and has supported her in all areas of her life. As a nanny her love of children lead her to study and eventually get certified in both children's and prenatal yoga. Teaching 100's of classes before being a mother herself the practice took on a very different experience when she became a practicing pregnant mother.
Her love and passion for the science and the energy behind the yogic practice allows her to intuitively and safely guide her students to their best selves. She is the author of 4 extensive training manuals and the creator of The Prana Lab Yoga Institute.
